I just wanted to write and say how impressed and pleased I was with the excellent all round service with a recent order I placed. In the past when I ordered flowers over the internet I have been bitterly disappointed, as sometimes I get the impression that flower shops online think that the purchaser won't see the delivered goods and therefore think they can get away with sending poor quality or less flowers than pictured. Yours exceeded expectations and the orchid which my Mum received was stunning.

Dear Angel Florist, This was the third time I have ordered with you from Australia, and I am absolutely delighted with your service. The first two deliveries were recieved with delight, the third was due for delievry to my mother in hospital. She had a throat infection so they decided not to go ahead with the surgery..but the flowers were on there way as I had wanted them to great her! One phone call to Shauna at Serenata, which was professionaly and helpfully answered, and the flowers were not wasted but diverted to my Mothers home address. Thank you so much for such wonderful service. Having trawled through the internet sites and thought yours to be the best of its kind, you did not let me down. I chose to send your mass of 24 white roses to the man in my life, he was bowled over having never recieved flowers in this way before. It is my parents 25th Wedding Anniversary today, and a few days ago my Father asked me to order some flowers to send to my Mother. I looked at the websites he suggested and was truly uninspired. So I spent a little more time searching and came across the Angel Florist website and was absolutely delighted with what I found. If it were my wedding anniversary I would be so pleased to receive any of the wonderful arrangements you offer. My mother received her flowers this morning and when she described them, they matched your picture fairly accurately. The vase they came in was of good quality (she is disabled and not able to arrange flowers) and she was absolutely thrilled with them. I notice you have a few testimonials on your site, so I thought Id tell you about the flowers you recently delivered for me.

I sent them to a friend who works in an almost all female office. They arrived in the afternoon when everyone was sat around the boardroom table having tea. Apparently the receptionist appeared in the doorway with the flowers, which Im told were beautiful, and slowly walked around the table, with everyone wondering where she was going to stop! She finally got to my friend and gave them to her, and Im reliably informed that she was very surprised, couldnt imagine who they were from, and went very pink to have this happen so publicly! Perfect. I realise that the timing was just coincidence and couldnt be guaranteed for future orders, but very enjoyable nonetheless!

I also recently used you to send some flowers to a friend who just came out of hospital, and he said they were very beautiful too.
